Warm Season is Bermuda and Zoysia lawns
This service is offered late March through late April.
Deep core aeration is a process we preform in early spring. By performing the aeration, the lawn can amplify results much more efficiently. Many things happen when you aerate your warm season lawn, first, you break up the thatch layer caused by water flow and regular mowing’s. By removing the thatch layer, the lawn can breathe without a suffocating layer of dead grass.
Secondly, by puncturing the lawn with 3”-4” holes, fertilizer, water, and nutrients are quickly absorbed within the root system.
Lastly, water management becomes more efficient by delivering water directly to the roots, thus a shorter amount of irrigation needed.
Cool Season is Fescue
This service is offered mid-September through mid-October, which would include the deep core aeration for cool season grass (Fescue). Along with the aeration of the lawn, new Fescue grass seed and starter fertilizer is applied to the aerated areas.
